Stormwater Incident Report

Report electronically here or call the Stormwater Hotline at (360) 423-6590.  After 8:00am - 5:00pm business hours call (360) 423-5730.  An illicit discharge is any direct or indirect discharge to surface waters that is not composed entirely of stormwater (or groundwater) except a few discharges expressly exempted in KMC 13.11.050.  If you would like to remain anonymous, simply enter the location of the spill and optionally an email address.  We will use your email address to let you know when and how the spill was resolved.  All information is confidential.
