The City of Kelso will receive sealed bids at the office of the Public Works Department, 203 S. Pacific Avenue, Suite 205, up to 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2011, and immediately thereafter be publicly opened and read.  Bids received after that time will not be accepted.

Bid documents may be obtained from the Builder's Exchange of Washington (BXWA).  Access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com.
