The City of Kelso will receive bids at the office of the Public Works Department, 203 S. Pacific Avenue, Suite 205, Kelso, WA 98626 up to 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 9, 2012, and immediately thereafter by publicly opened and read. Bids received after 10:00 a.m. will not be accepted.
