General Project Information (October 24, 2010):
The project study encompasses the area from essentially the river on the east to Cowlitz Way on the west, and a partial block south of Catlin Street to midblock north of Main Street. The final Corridor Report has been issued and is now available. The preferred alternative is Alternative 3A.
